Refunds & Returns Policy
When you've placed your order, you have the right to cancel within seven days of the date of your order confirmation email, or seven days of the receipt of your DUBE products, whichever is longer.
If you contact us to cancel your order within this period, we can supply a full refund of your payment. Once we receive your contact through the web site, giving your full name, address and telephone number, the procedure is we will then make contact with you via telephone and arange collection of your DUBE products and any reimbursement payment offline, not through this web site.
